Sam and Jenna’s Hillcrest Country Club wedding on September 8, 2017 was a night to remember! They’re an incredibly kind and down-to-earth couple with tons of loving friends and family; the perfect foundation for a memorable wedding. I was lucky enough to be chosen as the DJ & MC for their big day and I couldn’t be more honored to have been a part of it.
Their ceremony was gorgeous (just look at the pictures below!). The cocktail hour and dinner was full of love and positive energy. And their dance party was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! Just check out the highlights:

Reception Recap
The great thing about a Hillcrest Country Club wedding is the amount of space you have to work with. There is the main dining room, extra dining space, two bar areas, a buffet room and a dance room (my personal favorite). There are simply a lot of places for your guests to hang out. Although, as a DJ & MC it can be tricky from a logistical standpoint. If you’re looking into having a wedding at Hillcrest Country Club, be sure to find someone with the knowledge and experience to handle a space like this.
I think I did a great job, because of my experience and preparation there. And we had such an amazing time! From the moment we started cocktail hour, the room was full of life, love and excitement. It didn’t stop until after the final song ended several hours later. Check out the songs we played, Sam & Jenna’s review and some of our favorite pictures from the night by the incredible The Murphys Photography.
Song Selections:
Cocktail Hour & Dinner Music: Soul, 70’s, New Age Folk, Instrumental
Grand Entrance: Bob Marley “Is This Love”
Cake Cutting: Colbie Callait “I Do”
First Dance: James Taylor “Something In The Way She Moves
Father-Daughter Dance: Dean Martin “That’s Amore”
Mother-Son Dance: The Beatles “In My Life”
Bouquet Toss: Weather Girls “It’s Raining Men”
Garter Toss: Heart “Barracuda”
Dance Party: Mix of classic hits, Country, Top 40 (diverse set for a wide range of ages)
Once again, this was a memorable night that I was truly honored to be part of. Thank you Jenna and Sam for allowing me to be part of it!
