What Did She Say?!

Best Boise DJ, Boise Wedding DJ, Wedding DJ In Boise

Have you ever been to a wedding ceremony and can’t hear a word ANYONE is saying, especially the bride?! Or maybe you’ve been to a ceremony where the microphones cut in and out, or you could only hear the officiant. We get these complaints a lot. The ceremony is one of the most important parts of your wedding day. It’s literally the reason you invited your guests to join you on this special occasion. They’ve likely dressed up, found babysitters, and took time out of their weekend to be there just for you. Why disappoint them with a lack of audio for your ceremony?

How We Do Wireless Microphones

At Rhodes Entertainment, we believe in providing high-quality wireless microphones for these special moments. We have a few different configurations we use based on our clients needs. The most popular is to place one wireless lavalier microphone (the little mic that clips on a shirt or tie) on the officiant and another one on the groom. These two microphones allow your guests to hear the officiant, groom and even the bride loud and clear. Now, all you have to worry about is bringing enough tissue for your guests during the vows :)

Those wireless microphones are part of our overall “Ceremony Sound System” we provide for every wedding ceremony. That includes two small speakers, a mixing board, the two wireless lavalier mics and a wireless handheld microphone if needed for any sort of reading or song.

Our DJs also help coordinate the Processional and Recessional music, so that each song times out perfectly as you and your wedding party walk down the aisle. We ensure that they fade in and out seamlessly at the appropriate times, making it feel like a production and not a distraction. Trust me, we’ve heard stories of the wrong song being played and even the bridal march not ending when the bride and her father approached the alter… Awkward!
