Erin & Jim’s CW Moore Penthouse Wedding on January 27, 2018 was elegant, charming and a lot of fun!
Their ceremony was held in the same area of the Penthouse as the reception and the more intimate group setting allowed this to work perfectly. Guest were able to enjoy the beautiful ceremony from the seats at their dinner tables, and as you can see in the wonderful images Tana Photography captured (below), the space lends itself to this kind of situation. That’s a perk of having a CW Moore Penthouse Wedding.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner. The mood was elegant and romantic so I played music from the Frank Sinatra era along with newer music by Michael Buble. I even sprinkled in some light, yet upbeat indie-pop and soul music. This unique playlist for the evening was thoroughly enjoyable and fun to work on.
After toasts, special dances and cake cutting, it was time to dance! There was a wide range of ages so I mixed some classic party tracks with hits from the early 2000s and current Top 40. There was a solid 1 1/2 – 2 hours of dancing, which is a long time for a relatively smaller group. Like I said, Erin, Jim and their guests were a lot of fun and they came this event ready to dance!
